The Palomar EsteLux IPL Light-based Laser System has the fastest coverage rate, a long pulse-width and SpectruMax filtering. It combines the latest Xenon Flashlamp technology with simple, streamlined engineering and is both economical and effective. The system features a high pulse rate and a large spot size that makes the system tremendously effective when treating large areas such as backs or legs. Operators can treat more customers in shorter time, maximizing their money return on the investment. The system has a small footprint and light weight, which is especially desirable for mobile and / or small physician offices. The system’s simple operation opens its applications to a wider band of operators to include; Dermatologists, General Practice Physicians, Cosmetic or Aesthetic Physicians, Doctor Supervised Spas and Aesthetic Salons.

How does Palomar pulsed light work?

Palomar Systems use specialized handpieces which filter light from different parts of the spectrum. Different treatments such as hair reduction, sun spot removal or leg vein clearance require light of different wavelength bands. The LuxV™ handpiece filters light in the ideal band of the spectrum to affect acne. The LuxV concentrates the light into individual pulses which target acne-causing bacteria.
